Living history actress Lisa Lewis is a freelance writer, historic Victorian fashions model, and lecturer specializing in the Victorian & Edwardian era. Through her online persona Lisa has transformed her passion for 19th century Victorian fashions into a romantic portrayal of life and times during the Gilded Age. As a professional traveling re-enactor, the Victorian Lady can recreate this romantic era into a most memorable event.

Through lectures, symposia and traveling Victorian fashion shows, your Red Hat Society, historical society, school, library or nursing home/assisted living facility will benefit immensely from her intimate knowledge of the Victorian era, and her professional presentations. Re-live what life was like during your ancestor’s day, at the height of the Industrial Revolution. Victorian Lady accomplishes this with charm, grace, authentic antique clothing and artifacts from her own large personal collection, circa 1865-1920. It's a literal traveling museum!!

As a traveling re-enactor, lecturing nation wide, Victoriana Lady has had the privilege of being featured media wide. She recently released her DVD, Victorian Fashions At The Mansion. Prior to this she portrayed the highly respected nurse Esther Tinsley, in a DVD film entitled Haven On The Hill.
Featured prominently in the Times – Leader and The Citizens Voice of Wilkes – Barre, the Times-News of Jim Thorpe, Scranton Times Tribune, The Happenings Magazine (as nurse Tinsley) Pennsylvania, and The Westsider. Television appearances include WNEP TV16 and WYOU TV22.

Rave reviews by The Jim Thorpe Council, Carbon County Chamber Of Commerce and the Pocono Mountains Vacation Bureau, all declare Lisa's Victorian Lady interpretive show at the Mauch Chunk Museum was one not to miss. From the Luzerne County Historical Society, Stegmaier Victorian Mansion to the Social Security Administration National Women’s History Month celebrations, The Victoriana Lady has enchanted audiences far and wide. See Events Calendar page.

Lively, entertaining and really fun, her historically accurate lectures bring to life, Victorian etiquette, lifestyle and manners of this bygone era. Adult Victorian fashions, children’s fashions, Victorian Mourning re-enactment and traditions, turn of the century Bridal traditions, and Ellis Island immigration experiences, each complete with authentic artifacts and jewelry truly give the Gilded Era new life. Celebrate the Gay Nineties and Titanic epoch. E- mail Victoriana Lady now so she can make your next gathering an event to remember!
